How to order a Subscription

Ordering a subscription is easy! You can use any of the following methods:

Placing an order online

1. Select the magazine you want.

2. Select the country you want the magazine delivered to by using the drop down box, which appears on the online order form to do this. As our magazines are despatched from the UK, delivery costs to addresses outside the UK will be higher.

3. Select the type of subscription you want.
You have a choice of either a 1 or 2 year subscription by making a one-off payment or you can choose an ongoing subscription by continuous direct debit (only available with UK bank accounts for UK delivery)

4. Review the price, which includes delivery costs and taxes (where applicable). Any discounts to the normal magazine cover price will also be explained.

5. Once you’ve made your choice just add the item to your shopping basket, then you can keep searching or browsing until your basket contains all the items you want to order.

6. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping basket “, click the "to the Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

7. Enter your personal details
You will be asked to complete the online order form appearing on screen with the following details: name, postal address, telephone number, email address.

8. Enter your payment details

You can pay for your subscription using the following cards: Maestro (UK Only), Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You will be asked to select your card type, enter your card number without spaces or dashes (including start date/issue number if paying by Maestro) and card expiry date. If paying by direct debit you must provide details of your account name, account number and sort-code, and the date of the month when you would like payments to be debited.

If any of the items are to be gifts, click the "tick the gift checkbox at the bottom of you order page, and complete the name and address of the person to recive the gift.

If you are under 18 or are not using your own credit/debit card to pay for the subscription, you must ask the permission of the credit/debit cardholder before entering the payment details.

9. Indicate your mailing list preference

Tick the relevant boxes to indicate whether or not you want to hear from IPC and/or third parties about other products or services in which you might be interested. Click "Continue Order" to access the next screen.

10. Review your order details

Please check the summary of your order details carefully. and if the details are correct, proceed with your order, by clicking "Place your Order".

Placing an order by telephone

Placing an order by fax

Print a copy of the order form from the web site and fax the completed form to us on +44 (0) 8451 238010.

Placing an order by post

Print a copy of the order form from the web site, complete it and send it together with a cheque made payable to IPC Media Limited for the full amount of your subscription to us at the following address: IPC Media Limited, PO Box 272, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 3FS.

Acknowledging Receipt of Orders

Online Orders

If we receive details of your order successfully we will acknowledge this by means of the next page you see after clicking "Submit Order" and by sending you an email if you have supplied your email address.

Orders placed by phone, fax or post

As set out below, you will receive written confirmation through the post within 14 days that your order has been accepted and processed.

Confirming acceptance of orders

Within 14 days of receiving your order we will write to you to confirm whether or not we accept it. A legally binding contract is not formed between us until we send you this written confirmation.

3. Announcing Your Gift

A gift card will be sent to you to pass on to the gift recipient. Once you‘ve placed your gift order, you’ll receive a postal acknowledgement within 14 days plus an email acknowledgement within 24 hours (if you gave us your email address). Please allow up to eight weeks for delivery of the first subscription issue for both UK and Overseas orders
